"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are"

Welcome!

Finding the right therapist can often feel daunting and overwhelming. Especially in times of internal and external crises.

I offer a safe, confidential space for you to begin your therapeutic journey without fear, shame, or judgement.

About Me

I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Group Facilitator.

My journey to psychotherapy began in university during my Bachelor of Arts when I studied the History of Psychotherapy, completing my dissertation on shellshock (PTSD) and masculinity in the interwar years.

My subsequent training as an Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Group Facilitator has equipped me with robust theoretical and practical knowledge to help assist those who are experiencing cognitive and somatic difficulties.

I am equipped with skills and tools that cover Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, and Person-centred therapies. For clients who struggle to express themselves through words, this can include working creatively with cognitive behavioural tools, goal setting, art, journaling, and other outlets to express their thoughts and emotions.

We will work together to find the safest outlet for you!

I have worked with clients with a range of presenting issues, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Interpersonal and Relational Issues

  • Self-Esteem Issues

  • Neurodiversity

  • Discrimination

  • Work/Life Balance

  • Redundancy

  • Spirituality

My therapeutic practice is diverse and reflects the ever changing world we live in.

I work with clients of all genders, cultures, nationalities and walks of life.

All are welcome!

Counselling & Psychotherapy Services

I offer both Short-term Counselling and Long-term Psychotherapy.

Short-term Counselling: We will work together for a period of 6-10 weeks. Using Cognitive Behavioural Tools, we will focus on your specific presenting issue and begin to incorporate subtle changes into your life to assist with the issue.

Long-term Psychotherapy: Some presenting issues require a slower pace and more time for exploration, process, and healing. Long term Psychotherapy will afford you the space to begin to unpack any issues and triggers you are experiencing at your own flow and pace. As you begin to heal the root causes of present issues you will reach a point in which you have enough internal and external resources to function without the assistance of therapy and begin to live a full and fruitful life.

Location: I practice both In Person and also Online.

Clinical Supervision Services

I offer both individual and group Clinical Supervision.

My approach is integrative meaning that I draw from all modalities with a focus on the psychodynamic and unconscious communication.

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental, knowledgeable space, for supervisees to explore client work, parallel processes and triggers with openness, empathy and curiosity.

Location: Online
